you cannot run the japanese ones.
Its nothing to do with hot they work, they just have the wrong standards label
on them, end of story.
Its a very stupid rule, but it's the law.
If you use the japanese ones, have an accident, and some dies because of the
wrong belts (and they WILL blame them..) then you run a risk of a
manslaughter charge, as insane as that is.
